What parents notice first

The confidence walks out the door with them.

Students learn how to stand, how to listen, and how to fall without getting hurt. Then they get corrected in front of the class and try again.

Questions

Before you come in.

Is this karate?

No. We teach Taekwondo, a Korean martial art built around kicking, hand targets, forms, and board breaking. The free intro lesson is the easiest way to see the difference.

Can a two-year-old really do this?

Yes, with a parent in the room. Little Z is thirty minutes of balance, listening, and taking turns, sized for a toddler.

I have never trained. Is that a problem?

No. Most students start with zero experience, adults included. Classes are grouped by skill level.

What does the free intro lesson look like?

About ten minutes with the instructor. We introduce the martial art, see where you or your child are starting from, and check that the class is a good fit.

Where do we go, and when are you open?

185 E Post Rd, White Plains, NY 10601. Open Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 1 PM.
