Zion Martial Arts is a family-oriented Taekwondo academy in White Plains. Classes are separated by age and skill level, with personalized coaching and a welcoming room for kids and adults.
Students learn how to stand, how to listen, and how to fall without getting hurt. Then they get corrected in front of the class and try again.

No. We teach Taekwondo, a Korean martial art built around kicking, hand targets, forms, and board breaking. The free intro lesson is the easiest way to see the difference.
